Danish Food and Agriculture Delegation to Rwanda, 22-24 September - Skype Meeting 16 April

The Embassy of Denmark in Kampala and the Danish Agriculture & Food Council invite you to participate in an export promotion to Rwanda with visit to the Democratic Republic of Congo border focusing on food and agriculture.

WHY RWANDA?
In the last 25 years, Rwanda has redefined a favourable location for investment and tourism, and it prides itself as a reference point in the region for good governance, stability, and well-functioning institutions. The country ranks 2nd in Africa for Ease of Doing Business according to the World Bank, and it has one of the highest growth rates in the world (just under 8% p.a. since 2000).

WHO SHOULD JOIN?
The opportunities would be for Danish companies within:
• Agro-industry, e.g. feed, mills, inputs
• Food processing technology
• Food tech, quality control, ingredients
• Agro-services, machinery, irrigation equipment, and post-harvest handling

SKYPE MEETING 16 APRIL 2020
To gain more information about Rwanda as well as the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, the Danish Agriculture & Food Council and the Danish Embassy in Kampala invite you to participate in a Skype meeting 16 April where we will present opportunities for Danish companies to tap into in East Africa’s transformation of the agricultural sector.
