Join the Danish Agribusiness Delegation to Nairobi 9-11 March 2021

The Danish Agriculture & Food Council in cooperation with the Danish embassy in Nairobi, are pleased to invite your company to participate in this business delegation to Nairobi, Kenya.

NOTE: COVID-19: If the situation requires, we will cancel the delegation. Until 9 February 2021 you will not be billed if we are forced to cancel. After this date we cannot guarantee refunds.
 
THE KENYAN MARKET
Kenya’s economy is the most diversified and advanced in this region has had considerable growth in the past few years with average growth rate of over 5 percent. As of 2019, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) stood at USD 78.53 billion (Agriculture contributing 30%) with per capita income of USD 1,650. In 2020, Kenya ranked 56th in the World Bank ease of doing business rating, up from 61st in 2019 (of 190 countries).
 
WHO SHOULD JOIN?

The delegation is open to participation from companies working with:

  • Food and food-solutions
  • Food processing technology
  • Food products & ingredients
  • Agricultural equipment
  • Farm inputs including seeds and fertilizer
  • Farm service support
  • Cold Chain equipment

Companies that are either looking into business opportunities or are already present or want to expand in Kenya will benefit from participating in what promises to be a highly valuable delegation.
