After a successful delegation visit in 2021, the Danish Embassy in Morocco and the Danish Agriculture & Food Council are pleased to invite your company to participate in this 2022 agro-business delegation to Morocco.

Morocco’s resourcefulness, ambitions and actions in the field of sustainable development in several areas have caught the international community’s attention, and foreign investments has risen noticeably the last years. This delegation visit aims at enabling the delegates to meet local key partners and potential customers, display their products and services and gain knowledge about the Moroccan agribusiness industry and market.

  • With a rich array of agricultural resources and access to rich fishing areas, Morocco’s agro-industrial and food processing sector has long been an extension of the country’s competitive advantages.
  • These years, Morocco is ambitiously focusing on securing sovereignty and security in, as well as expanding, both the food sector and industrial sector, e.g. by implementing its Generation Green Plan (2020-2030) and its Industrial Recovery Plan (2021-2023).
  • Morocco is the most attractive African Country to invest in according to Ernst & Young Africa Attractiveness Survey 2018 and the third most competitive African Economy according to the latest World Economic Forum’s Global Competitiveness Report.
