Food ingredients delegation to Korea and Japan, 26-30 September 2022 (postponed from June 2022)

Explore, connect, and re-connect with decision makers in the growing food ingredient markets in Japan and Korea.

Danish Agriculture & Food Council, in a strong cooperation with the Danish embassies in Seoul and Tokyo, is happy to invite you to participate in this b2b delegation with a focus on food ingredients.

In Korea and Japan, you will find some of the most innovative companies within the food industry. Driven by the very competitive nature of these markets manufacturers are always looking to expand and renew their product ranges enabling to diversify their offerings. In Korea as well as Japan you have a good mix of both very large and medium sized food manufacturers and processors within different market segments (see examples in box).

In addition to this, the EU have established ambitious Free Trade Agreements with both countries, enabling you to export most of your products with very limited or no import duties at all.

During this visit to both markets you will receive an overall introduction to the market including trends and developments, visit key players and you will be offered the possibility to conduct B2B meetings with potential partners and/or end users. Networking with other Danish companies in a similar position also carries great value. All of the above within one working week and at a competitive price.

It is our aim that you will return from this visit with unique new insight into both markets and their potential. However, our key objective is that you return with new leads that eventually will lead to new business.
