Free From Functional & Health Ingredients is Europe's only dedicated free from and functional food trade show and conference. This expo is the key place to source the very latest in new product development and trends. Free From Functional Food serves as a bridge between free from functional food suppliers and free from buyers from Europe's top retailers, R&D, food service, bio, health, and other free-from distribution channels.

Danish Agriculture & Food Council are hereby inviting Danish food exporters to join the Danish national pavilion at Free From Food & Health Ingredients 2023 in Amsterdam.

By participating in the official Danish national pavilion with your own turn-key stand, you benefit not only from better visibility, but certainly also from Denmark’s positive image as leading in high standards of food safety and quality. 

All practical details will be organized from Denmark by DAFC, so you can arrive last minute.

THE PACKAGE
A booth at the joint Danish Pavilion includes:

  • Visibility, synergy
  • Open and inviting design
  • Turnkey stand including your own desk at the aisle, shelves, graphic signs above stand
  • Complete with shared meeting tables and chairs etc.
  • Everything pre-arranged, arrive last-minute
  • Small joint stock room 
  • DAFC will handle all practical aspects of planning, design, and construction of your stand
  • Coordination of services provided by the exhibition organizers.
  • An extensive and customized Marketing package with guaranteed exposure in the Pre-Registration Campaign (13.000 pre-regs);
    • Including Bannering, and exposure through our socials and newsletters as our ‘featured’ co-exhibitor in the Denmark Country Pavilion
  • Free pre-scheduled Matchmaking meetings with food manufacturers and Retailers
  • Registration: Including full access to the Promotional Manual, entry FFF catalogue with company profile (100 words) and f/c logo, entry FFF website with f/c company logo and link to your website, entry product list, social media post, free invitation cards.
  • Guided buyer Tour: These innovation Tours will be guided to your booth during the event, during which you will have the opportunity to pitch your innovation to a group of up to 10 Buyers, Product Managers and other Food Professionals.

THE PRICE
The price for participation is 43,200 DKK for 6-9 sqm. space in an open space.

(The prices are net prices, meaning after 50% co-financing from the Trade Council which has already been deducted, and 7 participating companies/63 sqm).

If the exhibition will be postponed by the organizers due to COVID19 or other health and safety considerations, your participation will be postponed to the same extent; this way we will not be able to refund your participation fee unless we obtain a full refund from the organizers.

NOTE: The Danish company is free to have its local representatives represent your company in full during the event. On the registration form you can, if relevant, therefore add the contact information of the local participating person/company. However, only Danish companies in Denmark with a Danish CVR number can register for participation, and the invoice will always be issued in DKK to the Danish company address.

We reserve the right to offer you participation at a different price should any of the above criteria’s change. Should this result in a higher price than quoted, you have the right to cancel your participation. Other expenses not mentioned above are at own expense including visa, flights, dine & drink and hotel.

NOTE: The price is based on 7 participating companies, who are all eligible for subsidy, and 50 percent subsidy (already granted) from the Trade Council of Denmark. 
If your company is not eligible for subsidy due to de-minimis issues (having received more than 1,5 mio. DKK in de-minimis subsidy within the past 3 years, including the present) you are binding yourself to pay the full price, meaning without the subsidy. The same conditions apply if you do not wish to receive subsidy.
