Livestock and Food Processing Delegation to the Philippines

The Embassy of Denmark in Manila and the Danish Agriculture & Food Council (DAFC) invite you to participate in an export promotion visit to the Philippines. This visit will focus on sustainable solutions in poultry production, food and beverage processing, crop production, and cold chain. The delegation is being organised to help Danish companies explore business opportunities in the Philippines or expand market presence in the country.

• The Philippines is the eighth-largest global market and among the top markets in Southeast Asia for foreign agricultural and related products.  
• The Philippines continues to provide opportunities for exporters because of its young, expanding population and increasing household income.
• The IMF projects economic growth of the Philippines at 6.1 percent for 2025 and 6.3 percent for 2026, driven by consumption and investment
• Upcoming FTA between EU-Philippines 
• Central Luzon has the biggest share in the total value of production in the national agriculture and fisheries sectors at 13.5 percent.
• Key industries in Central and Southern Luzon include poultry production, F&B manufacturing, crop production, fisheries and processing

Price

The total price for participation in the business delegation to the Philippines DKK 18,700 per company for one representative and DKK 2,500 per extra participant. Price does not include. flight, hotel and VAT.

NOTE: The Danish company is free to have its local representatives represent your company in full during the event. On the registration form you can, if relevant, therefore add the contact information of the local participating person/company. However, only Danish companies in Denmark with a Danish CVR number can register for participation, and the invoicing will always be issued in DKK to the Danish company address.

We reserve the right to offer you participation at a different price, if any of the above criteria change. Should this result in a higher price than quoted, you have the right to cancel your participation. Other expenses not mentioned above are at your own expense including visa, flights, dining & drink and hotel.

NOTE: The price is based on 7 participating companies, who are all eligible for subsidy, and 50 percent subsidy (already granted) from the Trade Council of Denmark.
If your company is not eligible for subsidy due to de-minimis issues (having received more than 300,000 Euro in de-minimis subsidy within the past 3 years, including the present), you are obliged to pay the full price without the subsidy. The same conditions apply, if you do not wish to receive subsidy.

• Transportation in Manila and in neighbouring provinces by bus
• Seminar organization
• Site visit arrangement
• Identification and meeting arrangement with relevant Philippine industry associations and potential partners/customers
• Assistance in booking hotels
• General assistance from the Danish Embassy and DAFC
