The Danish Agriculture & Food Council, in co-operation with the Danish Embassy in Italy, invites Danish companies to participate at the fair with a collective stand.

All practical aspects for the Danish stand will be handled by the Danish Embassy in Rome.

We can offer you a small and price-wise attractive package to test the Italian market and the food show. You will get a shared stand space based on your budget availability in a corner of 108sqm in one of the most relevant pavilions (pav.3). The stand will be fully equipped.

By participating at TuttoFood 2025 with a collective stand, you benefit not only from better visibility but also from Denmark’s positive image as a leading in high standards of food safety and quality- at an incredibly convenient price. All practical details regarding the participation will be handled by the Danish Embassy in Rome.

Other relevant Danish stakeholders, such ad FOOD NATION, will be involved to enhance the communication and the positive narrative around the Danish agrifood system.

Promotional activities will include practical initiatives at the main stand as well as around and outside the fair:

  • Interactive Booth Experiences: Augmented reality to show Danish production sites, informational material on QR-code, tasting and paring food & beverage, using the products of Danish exhibitors  
  • Invites and receptions with institutional and business visitors 
  • Entertaining Networking happening 
  • On-site expert consultations
  • Business meetings at the stand and around the fair, supported by the TC
  • Seminars and presentations with TC’s partners such as Federalimentare and Confagricoltura (food and farmers’ associations), at their stands
  • Engagement with Universities (Milan, Bologna) and Parma and the scientific community to promote healthy and organic products
  • Dialogue with institutional participants to promote the sustainable Danish Food System Model

The Markets' coverage

Italy's food market is among largest in Europe (€575 billion revenues), importing the 50% of agrifood input to meet demand for diverse and high-quality goods. The fair represents a strong opportunity for Danish exporters, playing as platform to connect Danish suppliers with Italian players, aligning with current trends and the increasing demand for innovative, health-conscious and sustainable solutions.

Participants includes Retailers, Gourmet stores, HoReCa, Food Service, Food Industries, Distributors, Agencies and Importers – all with a strong focus on alternative products, performing ingredients, functional food and traditional goods with higher and more sustainable standards (edition 2023 counted 86000 visitors, with 2500 certified top buyers). 

TUTTOFOOD is also among the most relevant B2B exhibition globally: target markets include Spain, Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, East Europe, Japan, China, Middle East and South East Asia – as the fair attracts a large number of international participants (38% of the visitors in 2023). The common denominator of these markets is a strong interest in innovative and high-quality products, of which Danish goods are among the most favored.

Considering as well the current geopolitical situation, market such as Italy will become more and more interesting and reliable, with projections indicating expansions in further in the coming years.

The stand will be situated in the centre of the most relevant commercial Pavilion (P.3) with a special focus on meat and fresh products. This is the most strategical area to be due to the recorded high presence of buyers of all categories and the synergies between food goods exposed that can derive.

 

The prices

You can participate at the Danish stand with various amounts of space for your products, starting from 2 sqm.

  2 sqm               6,250 DKK (after subsidy)

  4 sqm.            12,900 DKK (after subsidy)

  6 sqm.            19,300 DKK (after subsidy)

  9 sqm.            28,950 DKK (after subsidy)

12 sqm.            38,600 DKK (after subsidy)

15 sqm.            48,250 DKK (after subsidy)

18 sqm.            65,800 DKK (after subsidy) – there is max. subsidy up to 50,000 DKK per company

21 sqm.            85,100 DKK (after subsidy) – there is max. subsidy up to 50,000 DKK per company

24 sqm.          104,400 DKK (after subsidy) – there is max. subsidy up to 50,000 DKK per company

27 sqm.          123,700 DKK (after subsidy) – there is max. subsidy up to 50,000 DKK per company

30 sqm.          143,000 DKK (after subsidy)– there is max. subsidy up to 50,000 DKK per company

NOTE: The Danish company is free to have its local representatives represent your company in full during the event. On the registration form you can, if relevant, therefore add the contact information of the local participating person/company. However, only Danish companies in Denmark with a Danish CVR number can register for participation, and the invoicing will always be issued in DKK to the Danish company address.

We reserve the right to offer you participation at a different price, if any of the above criteria change. Should this result in a higher price than quoted, you have the right to cancel your participation. Other expenses not mentioned above are at your own expense including visa, flights, dining & drink and hotel.

NOTE: The price is based on 7 participating companies / 108 sqm, who are all eligible for subsidy, and 50 percent subsidy (already granted) from the Trade Council of Denmark. This subsidy will applied only when the required number of companies have signed up by the deadline.

If your company is not eligible for subsidy due to de-minimis issues (having received more than 300,000 Euro in de-minimis subsidy within the past 3 years, including the present), you are obliged to pay the full price without the subsidy. The same conditions apply, if you do not wish to receive subsidy.

How to Register

Please register at the top of this site no later than 18 March 2025.

Number of participants

Due to the limited space, only a maximum of 8 companies can join. This will increase further visibility to the companies participating to the fair. A coordination meeting will be held beginning of April 2025 at on TEAMS for the registered participants about the design/ contents of the stand and the other program elements.
