Danish Agriculture and Livestock Delegation to Mongolia

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

The Danish Agriculture & Food Council (DAFC) and the Embassy of the Kingdom of Denmark in Beijing invite you to participate in an export delegation to Mongolia (Ulaanbaatar) focusing on Danish solutions within agriculture and livestock production. The agri-food industry is important for Mongolia, with a focus on promoting sustainable agriculture and optimizing production outcomes, including related to animal husbandry and pasture management, and to strengthen resilience to climate change. This focus on strengthening of the agri-food cluster creates opportunities for companies that can contribute to the development of domestic production with resource-efficient farm input, solutions and equipment. A key focus for this delegation visit will be to establish interaction between the delegates and relevant Mongolian companies and other stakeholders. A natural focus will be the dairy sector, but the delegation program will be designed to explore opportunities within other agriculture and livestock areas also. The DAFC and the Embassy of the Kingdom of Denmark in Beijing will be leading the delegation visit to Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia, and collaborate to design a program that will enable participating companies to explore the market opportunities and promote Danish farm input, equipment and solutions in Mongolia.
