Danish Delegation to the Philippines, Manila

The Danish Agriculture & Food Council (DAFC) and the Embassy of Denmark in Manila invite you to participate in an export delegation to the Philippines with a focus on solutions and equipment for agriculture and food production. Denmark is well positioned to offer both solutions and products to the Philippines, and the delegation visit will give the participating companies an opportunity to present their products and solutions directly to stakeholders from the agri-food industry in the Philippines. The delegation is being organised to help Danish companies explore business opportunities and expand commercial networks in the market.

• Breeding and genetics.
• Feed, feeding solutions and equipment.
• Stable and housing equipment.
• Agri-industrial equipment and solutions.
• Cold storage and quality control solutions.

Programme 15-19 June 2026

Monday, 15 June 2026 in Manila (Day 1)

• Arrival in Manila.
• Briefing by the Danish Agriculture & Food Council and informal get-together by company representatives in the late afternoon/early evening.

Tuesday, 16 June 2026 in Manila (Day 2)

• Official introduction meeting and programme introduction by the Embassy of Denmark in Manila.
• Meetings with local authorities and industry organisation representatives.
  - Philippine Department of Agriculture.
  - Philippine Chamber of Food Manufacturers.
• Tailored half-day business forum seminar between the Danish delegation and local companies.
  - Welcome speech by the Embassy of Denmark in Manila.
  - Presentations by the delegates from the Danish companies.
  - Presentations by and introductions to the local companies.
• Networking reception incl. participation of local customers, stakeholders, and potential partners.

Wednesday, 17 June 2026 in Manila (Day 3)

• Company visit 1 in Manila (to be based on the final group of participating Danish companies).
• Company visit 2 in Manila (to be based on the final group of participating Danish companies).
• Networking dinner in the Residence.

Thursday, 18 June 2026 in or around Manila (Day 4)

• Transport.
• Company and/or site visits in or outside Manila throughout the day.
• Transport back to Manila.

Friday, 19 June 2026 in or around Manila (Day 5)

• Transport.
• Company and/or site visits in or outside Manila throughout the day.
• Transport back to Manila.
• End of programme and evaluation by the Danish Embassy and the Danish Agriculture & Food Council.

Price

The total price for participation in the export delegation to the Philippines is 16,500 DKK excl. flight, hotel, and VAT per company for one representative after deduction of 50% subsidy from The Trade Council. The price for an extra representative is 3,000 DKK per person.

NOTE: The Danish company is free to have its local representatives represent your company in full during the event. On the registration form you can, if relevant, therefore add the contact information of the local participating person/company. However, only Danish companies in Denmark with a Danish CVR number can register for participation, and the invoicing will always be issued in DKK to the Danish company address.

We reserve the right to offer you participation at a different price, if any of the above criteria change. Should this result in a higher price than quoted, you have the right to cancel your participation. Other expenses not mentioned above are at your own expense including visa, flights, dining & drink and hotel.

NOTE: The price is based on 7 participating companies, who are all eligible for subsidy, and 50 percent subsidy (already granted) from the Trade Council of Denmark. If your company is not eligible for subsidy due to de-minimis issues (having received more than 300,000 Euro in de-minimis subsidy within the past 3 years, including the present), you are obliged to pay the full price without the subsidy. The same conditions apply if you do not wish to receive subsidy.

• Tailored half-day business forum seminar between the Danish delegation and local companies, authorities etc. from the Philippines.
• Arranged site visits tailored to the final group of participating Danish companies.
• Transportation in the Philippines throughout the entire programme (excluding flights).
• Networking reception with relevant potential customers, local authorities and industry associations.
• Networking dinner/lunch with relevant potential customers, local authorities and industry associations.
• Opportunity for each company to invite up to 3 guests for the seminar, networking reception and dinner.
• Assistance from the Danish Embassy and the Danish Agriculture & Food Council during the visit.
