Two industry conferences. Four dairy farm visits. Direct access to Polish farmers and investment opportunities.
Join a targeted export promotion programme connecting Danish dairy and agri-tech companies with Polish farmers, industry representatives and potential business partners in two of Poland's important agricultural regions.
Building on our well-established and successful partnership with the Polish Federation of Cattle Breeders and Milk Producers (PFHBiPM) and in cooperation with the Royal Danish Embassy in Warsaw, we are organising our third joint dairy export delegation, creating new business opportunities for Danish companies and building on the positive feedback and strong interest generated by previous visits.
Poland's Dairy Sector and its market potential at a Glance
Poland is one of the EU's major dairy producers, with approximately 1.95 million dairy cows and annual milk production of 15.8 billion litres in 2025. The country's total cattle population reached 6.23 million in June 2026.
Polish dairy farming is undergoing structural consolidation and technological modernisation. According to 2025 figures, more than 4,600 dairy herds enrolled in official milk recording had at least 50 cows, including over 650 herds with more than 150 cows.
The two regions covered by our delegation, Greater Poland and Kuyavian-Pomeranian, together accounted for approximately 419,000 dairy cows in 2025, representing a significant concentration of dairy production.
With continued investments in modern housing, automation, robotic milking, precision feeding and herd management, the Polish dairy sector offers business opportunities for Danish technology suppliers, particularly those targeting medium-sized and expanding dairy farms.
Why Participate?
Meet potential customers – present Danish technologies and solutions to an expected 100–140 Polish participants across two industry conferences.
Identify concrete business opportunities – visit selected dairy farms, discuss modernisation and investment plans directly with farm owners and managers, and explore potential solutions.
Gain first-hand market insight – learn about developments, challenges and investment priorities in the Polish dairy sector.
Establish and strengthen business relationships – connect with Polish farmers, agricultural organisations, regional stakeholders and potential business partners.
Exchange experience – network with other Danish companies and share market knowledge and business contacts.
Participation is open to representatives travelling from Denmark as well as Polish distributors or local representatives acting on behalf of Danish companies.
