Join the Danish Pavilion at Seoul Food
Showcase your products through the Danish Pavilion at Seoul Food, South Korea’s premier international food and beverage trade fair
Showcase your products through the Danish Pavilion at Seoul Food, South Korea’s premier international food and beverage trade fair, and unlock new business opportunities in one of Asia’s most dynamic markets.
After a successful Danish National Pavilion featuring nine participating companies in 2026, we are pleased to invite you to join the Danish food promotion at Seoul Food 2027.
Organized by the Danish Agriculture & Food Council and the Danish Embassy in Seoul in partnership with Food Nation, SME Denmark and KOTRA, we welcome both new and experienced exporters.
Whether your objective is to investigate the Korean market for the first time or to further develop existing business relationships, the Danish Pavilion offers a professional and high-impact platform for achieving your goals.
By participating, you gain access to an attractive and growing premium market, while we take care of all practical arrangements right from registration to the close of the exhibition.
Participating in our national pavilion gives you a better location, better visibility and not least networking with the other participants at the stand, but also in the evenings, where we organize joint dinners.
When you exhibit under the Danish flag, you become part of a brand that is globally respected for quality, consistency, transparency, and traceability. The collective Danish presence creates a strong first impression and gives participating companies an immediate credibility boost. This positive association helps attract visitors, facilitates business dialogue, and reinforces buyers’ confidence in the products and solutions on display.

Based on the positive interest in participation from Danish exporting companies, we have applied for 50% subsidy from Trade Council in Copenhagen, and we expect to receive a decision mid-November. In case we do not receive the grant, neither you nor we are bound to the contract, but we will, if needed, help you to secure a space at the show for your individual stand.
NOTE: The Danish company is free to have its local representatives represent your company in full during the event. On the registration form you can, if relevant, therefore add the contact information of the local participating person/company. However, only Danish companies in Denmark with a Danish CVR number can register for participation, and the invoicing will always be issued in DKK to the Danish company address.
We reserve the right to offer you participation at a different price should any of the above criteria’s change. Should this result in a higher price than quoted, you have the right to cancel your participation. Other expenses not mentioned above are at own expense including flights, dine & drink and hotel.
NOTE: The price is based on 7 participating companies/ 90 sqm, who are all eligible for subsidy, and 50 percent expected, but not yet granted subsidy from the Trade Council of Denmark.
If your company is not eligible for subsidy due to de-minimis issues (having received more than 300,000 Euros in de-minimis subsidy within the past 3 years, including the present) you are binding yourself to pay the full price, meaning without the subsidy. The same conditions apply if you do not wish to receive subsidy.
Coordination meeting in November
A coordination meeting (TEAMS) will be held end of November after the expected grant from Trade Council for the registered participants about the program elements and next steps.
