Danish Pavilion at Abu Dhabi International Food Exhibition

Global Food Week

Take advantage of the Danish Pavilion at Abu Dhabi International Food Exhibition

Following the strong success of last year’s Danish participation at the Abu Dhabi International Food Exhibition (ADIFE) 2025, where Danish companies gained valuable leads and more visibility in the Gulf food market, we are returning even stronger in 2026. The Danish Agriculture & Food Council together with the Trade Council at the Danish Consulate General in Dubai are organizing the official Danish Pavilion at ADIFE 2026, held 6–8 October 2026 during Global Food Week. Under the Branding Denmark umbrella, we will bring together innovative Danish food companies to showcase Denmark’s excellence in quality, sustainability, and innovation.

Building on last year’s momentum, this is a unique opportunity to position your business directly in front of international buyers, distributors, and industry leaders in one of the world’s fastest-growing food and beverage markets. Spaces are limited to up to nine companies only, and allocation will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

With ADIFE offering a cost-effective and high-impact alternative to Gulfood, this pavilion provides a powerful platform to amplify your brand, connect with partners, and strengthen your market presence, supported by the Trade Council’s strong regional network.

Why Participate?

The Price

The price for 9 sqm. is DKK 18,750 (ex VAT) after deduction of an expected subsidy of 50% from the Trade Council of Denmark.

NOTE: The Danish company is free to have its local representatives represent your company in full during the event. On the registration form you can, if relevant, therefore add the contact information of the local participating person/company. However, only Danish companies in Denmark with a Danish CVR number can register for participation, and the invoicing will always be issued in DKK to the Danish company address.

We reserve the right to offer you participation at a different price, if any of the above criteria change. Should this result in a higher price than quoted, you have the right to cancel your participation. Other expenses not mentioned above are at your own expense including visa, flights, dining & drink and hotel.

NOTE: The price is based on 7 participating companies, who are all eligible for subsidy, and 50 percent subsidy (not yet granted) from the Trade Council of Denmark. If your company is not eligible for subsidy due to de-minimis issues (having received more than 300,000 Euro in de-minimis subsidy within the past 3 years, including the present), you are obliged to pay the full price without the subsidy. The same conditions apply if you do not wish to receive subsidy.
